Assisting Retailers, Hotels and Restaurants in low producing wine countries of the world who wish to expand their wine and food operations into the development of Wine Bars and Specialist Wine Retailing.

Assisting French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Hungarian, Bulgarian, Argentine, Chilean, Uruguayan and USA wineries by marketing their wines on a global basis to low producing wine countries of the world.

Services cover consumer tasting research, examination of wine for faults such as mould, musty, oxidised, high free sulphur dioxide (S02), over oaked, flat and acetic (volatile acids), closure research, packaging, label and case design.

2.      Negotiating with Wineries for volume supplies of quality wines at competitive prices for the benefit of start up or existing Wine Bars/Retailers in low producing wine countries.
