The recruitment ladder from the employer's point of view is a critical one, and it is important to make good choices. One of the main benefits for MPC's clients is that details of ALL applicants from MPC's advertising are passed on to the client. If MPC handles your recruitment, we provide you with our shortlist of applicants for interview - these usually number between 10 and 12. Based on past experience we feel it is important that a manager/director from your company attends the preliminary and final interviews. Too often companies are presented at the final stage with four candidates from which to choose, when other equally suited applicants may have been overlooked. MPC's method has two advantages for you: (i) you are able to add to MPC's shortlist (ii) you have the opportunity of meeting the successful candidate at least two and sometimes three times before offering employment. Too often new senior management employees do not last simply because the company has not had the opportunity of the invaluable second/third interview. Our aim is to take the hard work out of recruitment for you, but not the choice.
