MPC's founder - and principal - Peter Wynne-James has 37 years' experience in marketing and management consultancy preceded by 14 years of front-line marketing management with major companies at director level.  Apart from his work with MPC he was also Managing Director (1974-1987) of an international consortium set up to research and develop multi-activity family entertainment centres (retailing, leisure and sport) in the UK.  During this time he carried out an extensive research programme on leisure and shopping centres in the USA.  He is the author of a successful business textbook: 'The Changing Pattern of Retailing - Western Europe'.

Since MPC's formation in 1968, he has led every project carried out by the company, providing a valuable background of experience for new clients.

MPC's partnership was strengthened in 1990 by the appointment of Michael Wigan, whose 30 years experience in banking has provided the Company with a corporate finance perspective.  His banking experience is wide, encompassing general lending, trade finance and latterly corporate finance and company advice.  He worked for two years in Brazil as well as in the USA.

MPC Associates is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing's Managed Business Consultancy service and fully DTI approved.
