MPC's Golden Rules of consultancy relationships

MPC Consultancy meeting

Taking advantage of MPC's wide experience and expertise can help broaden your vision for your company

A good consultancy-client relationship can strengthen the working team, and focus everyone's efforts on the targets set.

MPC works with you to ensure a successful outcome for your project.  If you invite MPC to work with your company, MPC's golden rules of consultancy relationships will apply:

  • Total trust must exist between MPC and your company.

  • MPC's consultants communicate through all staff levels of the organisation.

  • MPC will ask you to provide a clear brief from which to work.  MPC usually prepares terms of reference based on your brief.  There will be joint agreement on terms of referring before proceeding.

  • MPC will keep you informed of progress at all times.

  • MPC will be available to implement strategies on your behalf if required.
